«θα διαβεβαιώνουν στις Επιτροπές της Βουλής ότι σωστά παραβιάστηκε το Σύνταγμα για να ιδρυθούν ιδιωτικά πανεπιστήμια και να αναγνωριστούν τα κολέγια σαν ανώτατες σχολές σε μια νύχτα. Χωρίς καμία ακαδημαϊκή αξιολόγηση.»
